The inner comfort layer is a lamination of polyurethane foam and a cohesive bandage. The outer compression layer is a cohesive bandage, designed to provide sustained, compression levels shown to be effective in the treatment of venous leg ulcers. After application, the inner and outer rolls cohere to each other to reduce slippage during wear. This compression system may be worn up to 7 days.
