One Touch Ultra Test Strips give an easy blood application.

The FastDraw Design Test Strips automatically draw blood into the test strip.

Indications:

Meant for blood glucose testing.

Directions:

1. Insert test strip into meter.
2. Apply sample to strip.
3. Accurate results in 5 seconds!

Ingredients:

Each Ultra test strip contains: Glucose Oxidase, Mediator and Buffer. The vial cap contains approximately 1.4 Silica Gel.

Warnings:

For in vitro diagnostic use.
Do not store at temperatures above 86 degrees.
Do not refrigerate.
Do not use if expiration date has passed.
Use within 3 months of opening test strip vial.
Do not use if glued seals are broken.
